Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Riedel Resources Limited (‘RIE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RIE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 7 June 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Riedel Resources Limited (Company) (ASX code: RIE) requests a trading halt of its securities, pending the Company making an announcement regarding a capital raising ( Capital Raising ).

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday 7 June 2021 and the release of an announcement regarding the Capital Raising.

2. The event that the Company expects will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
