Request for Voluntary Suspension
Riedel Resources Limited ("Riedel") requests that the Company's securities be placed into voluntary suspension, effective immediately, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
Riedel is not aware of any reason why a voluntary suspension should not be granted.
Riedel requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place from receipt of this request until the release of the capital raising announcement, and in any case, no later than the commencement of trading on Thursday 2 August 2012.
