A new Multi-Wafer MBE6000 production machine order
Bezons, France, 25 May 2010 – 18:00 pm – RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy reactor (MBE), announces the sale of a MBE6000 Multi wafer MBE production machine
Benefiting from a very high performance level reputation, the MBE6000 production system is capable to grow more than 1500 x 6'' wafer per month of RF communications devices. RIBER's MBE6000 system was selected by a major III V devices manufacturer as MBE is optimized for the growth of HEMT structures and provides great added value when both performances and high up time are needed for the production of superior quality semiconductor heterostructures layers.
This new system will enable our customer to increase their production capacities by more than 1500 x 6' pHEMT structures a month with an up time of more than a year of continuous 7 days x 24 hours operations before maintenance.
This new sale confirms the sound quality of RIBER's order backlog at this date, which totaled € 11.7 million, a 92% increase compared to the same period of 2009.
