Bezons, July 29th, 2014 – 7:00 am – During its meeting on July 23rd, 2014, RIBER's Supervisory Board decided to co-opt Mr Didier Cornardeau as a new independent member.
This appointment will enhance the representation of shareholders at RIBER's Supervisory Board. Mr Didier Cornardeau's appointment will be submitted for approval at the next ordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders.
After graduating in law and higher notarial studies (DESSN), Didier Cornardeau, 64, began his career as a chief notary clerk. He then headed up the legal and real estate departments of Immobilière de l'Allier and Compagnie Fermière de Vichy (1987-1988), before becoming Managing Director of SA Thermalium (1989), Legal and Litigation Director for two CIC group subsidiaries (1991-2001), and Legal Officer for the Georges V - Nexity Group (2001-2002). Since 2003, he has been chairman of the APPAC association for the defense of minority shareholders.
