RIBER: Laurence Marchetti soon to resign as member of the Executive Board

Bezons, France, February 3, 2009 – Riber (Paris: FR0000075954), the leader in the manufacturing of molecular beam epitaxy machines, announces that Mrs. Laurence Marchetti will resign and end her term of office as a Member of the Executive Board and her position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company as of February 6, 2009. After five years at Riber's service, Laurence Marchetti wished to follow a new career path.

Riber is currently recruiting her successor. Jean-Pierre Régner, Chairman of the Executive Board, will temporarily take over the responsibilities previously held by Laurence Marchetti.
