Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 27, 2018, RH released its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 3, 2018 by posting its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2017 shareholder letter on its website. A copy of the shareholder letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
