Resources & Energy Group Limited – Close of Capital Raising

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today closed the offer under the Replacement Prospectus dated 30 November 2009 and Supplementary Prospectus dated 16 December 2009 (Prospectus), and has been fully subscribed.

The Company issued 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares to raise $500,000 pursuant to the Prospectus, and these shares are included in the Appendix 3B released to the market following this announcement.
