Resource Base Limited (ASX: RBX) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Resource Base Limited (‘RBX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RBX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 18 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST
Resource Base Ltd (ASX: RBX) (Resource Base or the Company) hereby requests an immediate trading halt of the Company's securities pending an announcement by the Company in respect of a capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 18 October 2024 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
This announcement has been authorised by the Company Secretary.

Resource Base Limited (ASX: RBX) has 100% ownership of two lithium exploration projects, Wali and Ernst Lake, both in the highly prospective James Bay lithium province, host to several major players and significant recent discoveries.
