INTENTION TO EXERCISE OPTION OVER JAMES BAY LITHIUM PROJECTS
ASX RELEASE: 12 April 2023
Resource Base Ltd (ASX: RBX) ( Resource Base or the Company ) advises that, further to its announcement dated 4 April 2023, it has notified Noranda Royalties Inc of its intention to exercise the option of the highly-prospective 100% owned, Wali and Ernst Lake Lithium Projects, in the James Bay lithium district of Quebec.
The Company is pleased to exercise the option following successful legal and technical due diligence of the projects.
The remaining conditions precedent to completion of the transaction is Resource Base shareholders approving the issue of the Consideration Shares and Performance Rights at a general meeting scheduled for 21 April 2023.
