Pursuant to ASX listing rule 3.10A, Resource Base Limited ( ASX:RBX ) ( Resource Base or the Company ), a strategic metals explorer targeting clay hosted REE and VHMS in Victoria and South Australia, hereby confirms that the following securities will be released from Escrow:

The Company confirms the escrow provisions continue to apply to certain of the Company’s securities as follows:
