ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
ASX RELEASE: 17 JANUARY 2023
Resource Base Limited ( ASX:RBX ) ( Resource Base or the Company ), a strategic metals explorer targeting clay hosted REE and VHMS in Victoria and South Australia, advises that Moore Australia Audit (WA) Pty Ltd (Moore Australia) have been appointed as the Company’s auditor with effect 10 January 2023. This appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd (BDO) and ASIC’s consent to same.
In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Moore Australia as the Company’s auditor.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank BDO for their assistance and services to the Company to date.
