Date of AGM and closing date for director nominations
Resource Base Ltd (ASX: RBX) (Resource Base or the Company) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on or about Wednesday, 26 November 2025.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Wednesday, 17 September 2025 at Resource Base’s registered office (Level 8, 99 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000).
