Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations
Resource Base Ltd (ASX: RBX) (Resource Base or the Company) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 21 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution and ASX Listing Rules, nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Thursday, 3 October at Resource Base’s registered office.
Details of the format and the agenda for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released in due course.
