RESMED TO WEBCAST FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR END EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

(ASX: RMD), announced today that on Friday, August 18, 2006, it will release its 4th quarter and fiscal vear earnings for the period ended June 30, 2006. ResMed will issue an earnings press release after 6:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time and will host a conference call to review its quarterly and year to date results. market trends, and future outlook.
