Rejlers acquires Enerplan and grows in Construction and property

(REJL B)

Rejlers strengthens its expertise in technical consulting services within HVAC and electrical engineering to the construction and property market in Finland by acquiring Insinööritoimisto Enerplan Oy.

Enerplan, based in Mikkeli, offers technical consulting expert services for HVAC and electrical engineering to the construction and property market. The company has six employees and the revenue in 2011 was 0.5 million euros.

"In technical building services the design requirements are constantly increasing. To meet the requirements, new softwares and a new way of thinking are needed. When Enerplan now becomes part of our team, we get more experienced and highly trained consultants who can meet these challenges", says Matti Ruuskanen, Department Manager of Technical building services in Rejlers Oy.

In Finland, Rejlers has around 450 employees and had a revenue of 26 million euros in 2011. The Rejler group has more than 1,500 employees in the Nordic region, Estonia and Russia.
