Dear Sir

Sydney

New Intersection of 8m at 25.59g/t gold at Moolart Well

Key Points:

  • A new intersection of 8m at 25.59 g/t Au at 32m downhole depth at Moolart Well; $\ddot{\bullet}$
  • Intersection is located 200m west of the existing gold resource; $\bullet$
  • Further drilling planned to define the extent of the new mineralisation. $\bullet$

A new gold intersection in hole MWAC 1380 from the current round of drilling at the Moolart Well gold project north of Laverton in Western Australia has returned 8m at 25.59 g/t gold from 32m downhole depth. The new mineralisation was discovered from drilling designed to investigate isolated intersections along the western edge of the existing Moolart Well resource (see attached plan).

The new intersection occurs in the deeply weathered saprolite zone, and may include some element of supergene enrichment. The orientation of the new mineralisation is not understood, and surrounding predominantly 50mx50m drillhole density is not sufficient to trace the extent of the zone. The Company is optimistic that this result could indicate the existing 1.0 million oz gold resource at Moolart Well has extensions to the west.

Intercepts calculated using a 0.5o/t lower cut, no upper cut, maximum 2m internal dilution

All holes drilled at -60° dip, intersections are downhole width, based on 1m fire assays with repeats

Yours sincerely
