Mr Marcus Rose not to seek re-election at annual general meeting

The Directors wish to advise that Mr Marcus Rose has informed the Company that due to other pressing business commitments, he is unable to devote the necessary time and focus to remain as a board member of the Company. Therefore he has advised that he will not seek re-election as a Director at today's annual general meeting.

As a result, resolution 3 of business for today's annual general meeting will be withdrawn.
