Heimar hf.: Transfer of the bond series GRÓSKA 29 GB

Reference is made to an announcement by Heimar hf. (“Heimar”), dated 27 March 2026, regarding the transfer of the GRÓSKA 29 GB bond series.

The approved amendments to the terms and conditions have now taken effect in Nasdaq Iceland’s systems. The amendments primarily involve a substitution of debtor, whereby Heimar has become the debtor under the GRÓSKA 29 GB bond series. In addition, claims under the bonds are now secured under Heimar’s general security arrangement instead of the previous collateral arrangement.

Please note that in case of discrepancy in the English and the Icelandic versions, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
