Entitlement Offer Open and Despatch of Notices to Eligible Shareholders

Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) ( Regener8 or the Company ) r efers to its previous announcement of 16 March 2026 in relation to its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) New Share for every two (2) existing Shares held ( Entitlement ) at the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.10 per New Share.

The Company has today despatched a letter to Eligible Shareholders (together with personalised entitlement and acceptance forms) providing details of the Offer, including details of how Eligible Shareholders may accept the Offer.

The Closing Date of the rights issue Offer is 5:00pm (WST) on Friday, 1 May 2026 unless otherwise extended
