9 August 2024 - ReFuels N.V., one of Europe's leading suppliers of renewable

biomethane (Bio-CNG) for the decarbonisation of heavy goods vehicles, today

published Bio-CNG station data for July 2024.

* A record 4,645 tonnes of Bio-CNG was dispensed from 14 public access

refuelling stations in operation during July 2024, an increase of 22% from

3,799 tonnes in July 2023 (12 stations)

* The average daily dispensed volume was 150 tonnes in July 2024, compared to

148.6 and 122.5 tonnes dispensed per day in June 2024 and July 2023,

respectively

* For the three months ending 31 July 2024, the total dispensed volume was

13,733 tonnes, an increase of 24% compared to the same period in 2023

* In July, a daily average of 1,760 vehicles refuelled at ReFuels' Bio-CNG

stations, compared to 1,434 vehicles for the same period last year,

corresponding to a 23% growth

"We see continued growth in dispensed Bio-CNG volumes in July, which is

typically characterised by seasonally softer demand. Additionally, over the

past couple of months, we have seen some impact on demand as the UK haulage

sector is in a period of consolidation and restructuring. For example, one of

our smaller clients filed for bankruptcy in July and another has operated with

fewer active vehicles, temporarily impacting volumes," said Philip Fjeld, CEO

of ReFuels.

ReFuels had 173 unique customer fleets refuelling across the network in the

three months ending 31 July 2024, compared to 131 for the comparable period in

Through the CNG Fuels brand, ReFuels operates 14 public access Bio-CNG

stations on major trucking routes in the UK. ReFuels has one station under

construction in Doncaster in South Yorkshire, one of the UK's largest

logistics hubs, with a target of having 30-40 stations in operation and under

construction by end-2026.
