Further to our letter dated 21[st ] May, 2019 with regard to the intimation of the Board meeting due to certain administrative reasons the Board Meeting scheduled on Monday, the[27th ] May, 2019 stands postponed. Accordingly, the said Board Meeting shall now be held on Thursday the 30[th ] May, 2019.

There shall be no change to the Trading Window Closure dates and the same shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. (Both days inclusive)
