EXTENSION TO CLOSING DATE OF SHARE OFFER
Due to technical problems leading to delays in the printing of the Short Form Prospectus dated 12 July 2007, the directors have decided to extend the closing date of the Offer from Tuesday 31 July 2007 to Tuesday 7 August 2007, to allow sufficient time for the Offer to be considered.
