DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT & STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL REVIEW

Redstone Resources Limited ( ASX: RDS ) (“ Redstone” or “the Company ”) is pleased to announce that Mr Brett Hodgins has today joined the board of directors of the Company as its Technical Director.

Mr Hodgins has over 15 years of professional experience in the resources sector primarily focused on exploration and mining operations. He began his career as a geologist with Robe River Mining and Rio Tinto Iron Ore. During that time he was involved with the commissioning and development of the West Angelas and Hope Downs operations. Mr Hodgins' recent roles include General Manager Project Development for Iron Ore Holdings and he is President / CEO of Central Iron Ore Ltd, a TSX-V listed company gold and iron ore explorer. He brings a wide range of experience in exploration, feasibility studies, operations, and has a broad knowledge of the resource sector.

Mr Hodgins has completed a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Geology from Newcastle University, Diploma of Management and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Hodgins has had recent experience with Redstone having provided technical and geological services to the Company when engaged to do so. His knowledge of Redstone, and significant expertise in exploration and development, make him a welcome addition to the Redstone board. Mr Hodgins will oversee and assist the Company on its technical direction and operations.

The engagement contract between the Company and Mr Hodgins is presently in the process of being finalised. Once this process is complete the market will be informed of the key engagement terms.

The Company will also immediately commence a Strategic and Operational Review, which will consider a variety of options with the objective of maximising value for all of the Company’s shareholders in a timely manner. This review will include consideration of the Company’s:

• Short term funding requirements;

• Project and commodity focus ;

• Asset portfolio;

• Organisational structure;

• Short term opportunities to accelerate the value of the Tollu Copper Project; and

• Repositioning in the investment community.

The Company anticipates the Strategic and Operational Review will take approximately 2 weeks and it will update the market on any material outcomes.
