LISTING RULE 3.10A NOTIFICATION

As required by ASX Listing Rule 3.10A we hereby advise the market that 8,260,000 ordinary shares in the Company (ASX Code GRP) issued subject to escrow are due to be released from escrow on 21 March 2005.

The 10,000,000 share options which are under escrow until 21 March 2005 have not been exercised and are now expired.

The Company will then have no issued shares subject to escrow.

The Company will apply for quotation of these ordinary shares on the Australian Stock Exchange and if granted, the total number of quoted shares on issue will be 11,885,500.
