GRP Corporation Limited (ASX: GRP) ('GRP Corporation' or 'the Company') advises that the 3B released on 24th October 2014 contained the number of securities that the Company proposed to issue following the conversion of convertible notes to ordinary shares, the issue of shares as consideration for the acquisition of Helpa Inc and shares issued under a prospectus to raise a minimum of $3 million and that this amount was not issued, overstating the number of all quoted shares.

The Company confirms that the correct number of all quoted securities following conversion of the convertible notes on 6th November 2014 is 15,160,957

An amended Appendix 3B follows.
