EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS CLOSING DATE SPRINGME OPERATIONAL UPDATE

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited (ASX: GRP ) (‘GRP Corporation’ or ‘the Company’) wishes to advise that it has extended the closing date of the Prospectus lodged on 21[st] October 2014 to 5.00pm on 19[th] January 2015 in order to allow sufficient time to complete the required conditions for satisfying re-instatement to quotation to the ASX.

The Company has received strong interest in the capital raising and also provides the following operational update regarding the Springme business:

Springme Update

Spring.me has grown steadily from 5 million monthly visitors in September and is on track to average 6 million visitors per month for Q4 2014. The brand new native mobile application for Android will be released this week in the Google Play Store. The Spring.me IOS / iPhone application is waiting Apple’s final approval which is expected any day now and will be released immediately thereafter.
