DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Board of GRP Corporation Limited (‘GRP Corporation’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Peter Wall as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Wall is a corporate lawyer and Partner at Steinepreis Paganin and has a wide range of experience in all forms of commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reconstructions and recapitalisations.
Mr Wall graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). He has also completed a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment with FINSIA.
Mr Wall is also the Non-Executive Chairman of MMJ PhytoTech Ltd, Minbos Resources Ltd, Global Metals Exploration NL, MyFiziq Ltd, Activistic Ltd, Galacia Energy Corporation Ltd and a NonExecutive Director of Dourado Resources Limited.
