RESIGNATION OF COMPANY DIRECTOR

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces that Mr Grant Gibson has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company as part of the Company’s preparation for completion of the Acquisition of E-Collate Pty Ltd and its transition to a technology company. The Company announced the transaction with E-Collate Pty Ltd on 20 October 2015 to acquire the company and its e-Collate finance and productivity business software system which enables the collation of multi-platform data for the purpose of simplifying the retrieval of communications and information associated with any selected projects or topics.

The Company would like to thank Mr Gibson for his contribution during this period of transition.
