Appointment and Resignation of Company Directors Change of Address

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces the following changes:

Director Appointment

Mr Michael Thorley has been appointed a Non-Executive Director effective immediately.

Mr Thorley is an experienced Chartered Accountant, Company Executive and Director with more than forty years experience in financial management, project and corporate development, including engagements to the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.

Mr Thorley is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Director Resignation

Mr Miguel Laborde has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective immediately

Change of Address

The Company wishes to advise that effective immediately the Registered Office and the Principal Place of Business addresses will change to:
