CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

GRP Corporation Limited (ASX: GRP ) (‘the Company’) advises that Ms Eryn Kestel has resigned as Company Secretary effective May 28, 2012. The Company thanks Ms Kestrel for her significant contribution to the Company.

The company is pleased to advise that Non Executive Director, Mr Zane Lewis has been appointed as the new Company Secretary. Mr Lewis has over 20 years commercial experience in M&A, finance, and corporate advisory roles. Mr Lewis acts as Company Secretary for a range of public and private companies in the resources, exploration and general business sectors.
