The securities of Red Mountain Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement.

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION: RED MOUNTAIN MINING LIMITED
The Company herewith requests that its securities be suspended from trading prior to the commencement of trading today, 18 December 2014, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is requested as the Company is in the final stages of finalising financing arrangements to advance the Batangas Gold Project.
The Board of Red Mountain expects the voluntary suspension will be required until it is in a position to make an announcement with respect to the proposed financing. The Company expects the announcement will be made on or around 22 December 2014.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
