DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The remuneration of RB's Non-Executive Directors includes fees which are to be used in the purchase of Shares.   Approximately 25% of the Chairman's annual fee and 18% of the Non-Executive Directors' base fee (net) is invested in Shares which they are expected to retain for the duration of their tenure.  The percentage of Chris Sinclair's 2018 fees applied in this way was pro-rated based on his appointment as Chairman on 3 May 2018.

The Company was notified on 25 May 2018 that in this respect Shares were acquired on 25 May 2018 on the London Stock Exchange.  The number of Shares purchased and price paid per share in respect of each Director was as follows:
