DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 16 June 2017, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President ENA, a PDMR, exercised 100,000 share options granted on 3 December 2012 at an option price of £38.06 per share. 50,000 of the resulting shares were disposed of at £78.813554 per share and 50,000 were disposed of at £79.00 per share.

Following these transactions, Mr de Groot's shareholding is 314,055 Shares, representing 0.0447% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
