DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 19 May 2017 Roberto Funari, Executive Vice President Category Development Organisation, a PDMR, exercised 16,800 share options granted on 11 December 2013 at an option price of £46.51 per share.      

Following this notification, Mr Funari's shareholding has increased to 156,206 Shares, representing 0.0222% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.

The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
