DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 30 June 2015, Frederic Larmuseau, Executive Vice President, Developing Markets, exercised 13,367 and 21,079 share options at option prices of £26.54 and £30.78 respectively per Share and retained all of the resulting Shares.   

Following these transactions, Frederic Larmuseau's shareholding has increased to 111,708 Shares, representing 0.0157% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
