DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 11 February 2015, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President, ENA, exercised 15,424 and 35,988 share options at option prices of £17.60 and £28.63 respectively per Share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at £57.5004 per Share.  

On 12 February 2015 Rob exercised 35,988 share options at an option price of £21.95 per Share and retained 22,345 of the resulting Shares.

Following these transactions, Rob de Groot's shareholding is 267,164 Shares, representing 0.0372% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
