Sub: Intimation regarding completion of tenure of Independent Director of REC Limited (“REC”/ “the Company”).

महोदय / महोदया ,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that in terms of Order dated December 27, 2021 issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India, the Company vide its letter dated December 28, 2021 had intimated about the appointment of Dr. Durgesh Nandini (DIN: 09398540) as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director on the Board of REC for a period of three years with effect from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders.

Accordingly, in terms of Ministry of Power Order dated December 27, 2021, the tenure of Dr. Durgesh Nandini as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director has ended on December 26, 2024 and she ceased to be Director of REC with effect from December 27, 2024.
