Directorate Change

The Board of REACT announces that Christopher Barnes, the Company's Financial Director, has tendered his resignation which will take effect from 30 June 2018. Due to other work commitments, Mr Barnes has advised the Company he will be unable to devote sufficient time to the role.  Consequently, the Company is  currently seeking to appoint a full-time Financial Controller ahead of 30 June, and Lesley Innes FCA, our Non-Executive Director who is also a qualified chartered accountant, will take over Board responsibility for Finance on Chris's departure.
