Total Voting Rights

Following admission of 1,753,703 new ordinary shares on 27 August 2015, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in the Company at present is 275,407,753. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
