Director Announcement under LR 9.6.11

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Reach plc today announces that Olivia Streatfeild, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee from today, 1 July 2021.

Olivia has been a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee since 15 January 2016, and will succeed David Kelly, who has been Chair of the Remuneration Committee since 1 June 2017. David will remain a member of the Board and its Committees and will continue to fulfil his role as Non-Executive Director.
