On March 15, 2013, W. Edwin Frazier, III, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Rayonier Inc., announced that he will retire on May 31, 2013. Mr. Frazier will retain his current title and responsibilities until his retirement.
