Charles Margiotta, Senior Vice President, Real Estate of Rayonier Inc. (the “Company”), has announced that he will retire on June 30, 2013. Mr. Margiotta will retain his current title and responsibilities until his retirement. Mr. Margiotta is referred to as a “named executive officer” in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 1, 2013.
