Cancellation of the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft called for 6 May 2020 as announced in the Federal Gazette on 30 March 2020
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic set to continue for the foreseeable future, the rules of conduct ordered by the State of Bavaria, and with the aim of preventing health risks to shareholders and persons involved in holding the General Meeting, the Executive Board of RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft has decided to cancel the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft called for 6 May 2020 as announced in the Federal Gazette on 30 March 2020.
The call to convene the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders announced in the Federal Gazette on 30 March 2020 thus becomes obsolete.
The Executive Board will decide in due course on the date on which the 2020 General Meeting of RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft will take place instead and on how it will be held. The call to convene and invitation will follow in the Federal Gazette in accordance with the statutory periods of notice.
