Clancy Exploration Limited – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Clancy Exploration Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Clancy Exploration Limited (the Company ) hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 14 August 2018.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
