COMPLETION OF $4.38 MILLION RIGHTS ISSUE
The Directors of Clancy Exploration Limited advise the successful conclusion of its 1 for 2 Rights Issue. In all, 22% of the shares and free attaching options on offer were subscribed for. The remaining shares on offer will be taken up by the joint underwriters, Patersons Securities Limited and Soaring Securities Pty Limited, for a total raising of $4.38 million before issue costs. The Board expresses its appreciation to the underwriters for the faith their support demonstrates in the company, its management and its prospects.
Clancy is now in a position to vigorously pursue its exploration strategy in the Macquarie Arc in NSW and at Yalgoo in Western Australia.
