CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Clancy Exploration Limited (Clancy) advises that Ms Oonagh Malone has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company to replace Rowan Caren.
Ms Malone is a principal of a corporate advisory firm which provides company secretarial and administrative services. She has over 9 years’ experience in administrative and company secretarial roles for listed companies and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and Australian Institute of Company Directors. She currently acts as company secretary for ASX-listed New Century Resources Ltd, Boss Resources Ltd, Carbine Resources Ltd, Hawkstone Mining Limited, Matador Mining Limited and Primary Gold Limited.
Mr Caren has resigned effective from today due to other business commitments. The Board would like to thank Rowan for his services to Clancy since the Company’s IPO in 2007.
