Press release Randstad completes acquisition of part of European activities of USG People

Randstad has successfully completed the acquisition of part of the European activities of USG People. The total revenue of the acquired activities is around € 434 million and the consideration paid is € 20 million.

The transaction offers a significant opportunity for value creation and will be immediately accretive to Randstad's earnings per share. More details on the integration of the activities will be shared as soon as possible.
