Explaurum Limited ( ASX: EXU ) ( Explaurum ) refers to its announcement to the ASX dated 31 January 2019 (“ Ramelius Takeover Update ”) regarding the off-market takeover bid ( Offer ) made by Ramelius Resources Limited ( ASX: RMS ) for all of the issued shares in Explaurum.
Explaurum wishes to clarify that the closing date for the Offer is 22 February 2019, unless extended.
Explaurum shareholders who have not yet accepted the Offer and intend to do so are urged to accept the Offer as soon as possible.
