ALTERNATE DIRECTORS INTERESTS APPENDICES 3X AND 3Z

Ramelius Resources Limited advises that on 1 June 2005 Nicholas John Smart and on 2 June 2005 Domenico Antonio Francese were appointed as alternate directors for Joseph Fred Houldsworth and Reginald George Nelson respectively, solely for the purpose of attending and voting at a meeting of directors on 2 June 2005 during the absence of Messrs Houldsworth and Nelson. Messrs Smart and Francese ceased to be alternate directors at 5pm (Adelaide time) on 2 June 2005.

Attached are Initial and Final Directors' Interests Notices (Appendices 3X and 3Z respectively) for each alternate director.
