Attached is an Appendix 3Y Change of Director's Interest Notice for each of the directors of Ramelius Resources Limited. The change is as result of a sale of shares in Ramelius by Far Corners Minerals Pty Ltd outside the control of Ramelius directors but in which directors have an indirect interest. It should be noted that the indirect interest shown in each director's Appendix 3Y is in the same parcel of shares sold by Far Corners Minerals Pty Ltd (i.e., the total number of shares sold by Far Corners Minerals Pty Ltd was 20,000).
